Purpose/ Goal/ Aim

Developing SCARCE TREASURED Skills, for UNLIMITED Personal and Economic Impact. Our goal is to train and provide 4IR skills to millions of youths and women, and link top talent to jobs and related exposure opportunities.

We aim:

• 
  To meet the need for relevant Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) skills for more capable state and improved economy; and beyond South African boarders.
• 
  To help people to acquire the skills that are scarce and in demand by both employers and communities.
• 
  To reduce unemployment and potential unemployment through providing relevant, usable, and in demand 4IR skills.
• 
  To contribute towards building more capable organizations and state through the necessary, relevant and scarce 4IR skills which are critical key enablers for success.
• 
  To contribute towards achieving gender equality and economic inclusion of women and youth through 4IR training and skills.

We offer a program where we intentionally and exceptionally train in 4IR, and place excellent talent.
